CONDITIONS OF STUD SERVICE
1. Owner of bitch is responsible for all costs incurred for collection of stud,
progesterone level tests, shipping expenses and insemination. When
using frozen semen bitch owner is responsible for all charges connected
with releasing, processing and shipping the semen.
It is the owner of the bitch’s responsibility to do any and all required testing to assure the correct target date for breeding. Frozen semen is to be used for surgical implants only.

2. The Stud Fee for this dog is $2500.00 due at the time of shipment.
3. Stud owner is not obligated to sign litter registration application until stud fee is paid in full.
4. Bitch owner must supply a copy of the bitch’s AKC registration papers, OFA testing, and proof of PRA negative to Lucky 13 English Mastiffs prior to delivery of the semen.
5. Bitch owner will not transfer ownership of any pup resulting from this breeding to any person or organization whose intent it is to resell, trade or give away the puppy for use in laboratory experiments.
6. Bitch owner agrees to have the puppies examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, and dewormed prior to placement with new owners. Care instructions will also be provided in writing.
7. Upon signing this agreement I acknowledge that I am the owner of this bitch and have the legal right to breed her.
8. Bitch owner is guaranteed a successful breeding (conception of at least one puppy) or a second breeding will be offered at no charge. If second breeding is unsuccessful then stud fee will be returned less vet fees for stud collection and not including any bitch’s veterinarian fees accumulated. Stud owner’s reserve the right to communicate directly with bitch’s vet to determine cause of unsuccessful breedings. If negligence or incorrect target date calculation is discovered then there will be no fees returned and it is at the discretion of Lucky 13 English Mastiffs whether or not there will be additional attempts.
